The Christmas Inn by Stella Maclean

The Christmas InnI went into this with high expectations as the plot seemed like something right up my street. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered the writing to be pretty rudimentary and the storyline to be boring and repetitive.

Marnie goes back and forth through deciding whether to stop doing the questionnaire or not for her brother and every time she calls her brother, he manages to convince her to carry on. This happens multiple times. Luke keeps on asking her to help out at the inn even though she’s a paying guest. This happens multiple times.

Frankly, I would strongly suggest you don’t waste your time with this.
