The Woman Who Wasn't There: The True Story of an Incredible Deception by Robin Gaby Fisher

The Woman Who Wasn't There: The True Story of an Incredible DeceptionThis is one of those books where you can scarcely believe it belongs on the non-fiction shelf rather than the fiction.

How could anyone live a lie like that and still live with themselves. Tania is surely one of the most sick and twisted human beings on the planet – why would anyone decide to lie about being in the twin towers and losing a husband?! And the fact that so many people bought into her story and she became so famous in the 9/11 circles is horrifying.

This book is sickenly fascinating and it is incredulous that anyone could invent such a story.
