The doctors work with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to find an antidote to the deadly viral outbreak at Angels Memorial. Also, Leanne makes a life-changing decision, and Jesse welcomes a new batch of residents
Well, I think it’s fair to say that this show never stops surprising me. First, this season brought me all of the surprises mentioned in this post and then rounds this intriguing season off with a deadly viral outbreak.
Got to say though this whole Ariel thing …. talk about a forced plot arc. I don’t remember her from Season 1 but you expect me to believe that anyone would really let a random dead patient’s daughter live with her. Is Rorish really just using her as a replacement for her children?
I’ve never liked her but Pinkney’s death did move me, especially Campbell running to try and get to her before she died.
This episode was more a continuation of lots of people trapped in an isolation tent and possibly dying from the virus whilst half the team fight the IDC to find a cure. Rorish and her ward Ariel both get very ill. The episode ends with a happy ever after for all those still alive. Got to say that I really do not see or understand the attraction between Savetti and Kean.
And it turns out that I end this season begrudgingly liking the jackass Campbell, Rorish, Jesse and Willis and not really caring about anyone else.
