Flashpoint Season 3

So what the hell happened to Leah?  She came in to replace Lou at the end of last season and then disappeared without a trace by the start of the season.  Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t miss her presence and the show worked with the team as it is but still I would’ve expected […]

Chicago P.D.: 3×23 – Start Digging

In the Season 3 finale, the team investigates the murder of a single mom who was in contact with Voight’s now-reformed son, who was himself brutally assaulted. Meanwhile, Roman makes a major decision and Crowley plans to make changes within the unit. So Voight has gone back over to the dark side.  Drat. What was […]

Nashville: 3×15 – That’s The Way Love Goes

So many things to love about this episode – Avery, Scarlett, Gunnar forming a band and Gunnar trying to come up with a band name was the best thing ever!  Loved Rayna/Deacon/family moments.  Liked Scarlett/doctor although I’m rooting for Gunnar/Scarlett of course.  And thank God Rayna finally knows the truth about Deacon’s condition!

The Newsroom: 3×06 – What Kind Of Day Has It Been

I am still so sad that Charlie died but I am happy that it gave a great opportunity for plenty of my favourite thing about Sorkin TV shows: Flashbacks! I loved the flashbacks in this episode and loved how it tied everything up to the Pilot and how it all came full circle.  I have […]

Chicago Fire: 3×03 – Just Drive The Truck

The best thing about this show is Shay and since they killed her off in the premiere, I did wonder if I could ever enjoy this show again and how long I would keep watching but I have to say that this episode was really good. I liked the action side with the fire truck […]

Hawaii Five-0: 3×24 – Aloha. Malama Pono

Okay so the writers’ attitude when sitting down to write this episode: let’s throw everything at it. We had: – Car chase – Wrong accused / framed (Kono) – CIA – Bloody plane – Family loyalty – Random person from Catherine’s past – Child kidnapping – Wo Fat – Car chase 2.0 – Wrongly accused […]

Nikita: 3×22 – 'Til Death Us Do Part

This show, this show, THIS SHOW. It just does something to me. Maggie Q TVLine’s Performer of the Week. Seriously, she is always amazing but in this episode …. There are no words. The last fifteen minutes just absolutely killed it. And they played one of my favourite Mat Kearney songs over the key scenes, […]
